W.A. and Billie Ruth Welsh Scholarship Fund
This important ministry of East Dallas Christian Church awards scholarship money to first-generation, college-bound students. The fund encourages students from Dallas and the surrounding suburbs to pursue higher education. In many cases, this scholarship award may be the inspiration for first-generation students to continue their education. The award may be used at any Metroplex area college or university. It is our belief that when students commit to their college education, they benefit themselves, their families and the entire community. We are proud to be a part of that achievement.
