Our Youth Ministry program includes groups for:

Children's Church - for ages 3-8 during the 11 a.m. service

Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) - for upper elementary grades, beginning with grade four

Chi Rho Fellowship - for middle school and junior high

Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF) - for high school aged youth, grades 9 - 12.

Our youth program focuses group and individual development in the areas of:

Fellowship - developing an ongoing sense of relationship between the members of each group and their sponsors through time spent together in their regular meetings (weekly during the school year; bi-monthly during the summer), trips and special events

Study - each group will devote time at its meetings to the study of the application of Scripture to real life situations and relationships

Service - the youth will learn what it means to be "a servant of God in service to others" through regular service projects and annual mission trips (CYF & Chi Rho)

Worship - the youth groups participate in the development presentation of an annual Youth Sunday Service of Worship in addition to regular participation as Junior Deacons, Worship Leaders, etc.

Camp and Conference - E.D.C.C. is an active and long-time participant in the Camp and Conference programs of the North Texas Area of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Southwest Region. The Camp and Conference Schedule is listed below.
